Delete your Chatile account

Deletion removes your organizer, profile, saved preferences, submitted support requests/reports, member listings, show plans and mobile sessions. Shared private conversations are removed for both participants. External Stripe accounts and their records are separate. A one-way trial-use fingerprint remains to prevent repeated free trials.

Export your organizer and chat vault first. Deleting your account cancels a Chatile membership you bought on the web right away (the current period is not refunded). A membership bought through Apple or Google must be canceled in your phone’s subscription settings. End any live show before deleting. Service owners must contact support to arrange service closure or ownership transfer.
